Orders can be placed for the next day at the earliest. We also expect there could be a problem with our own human error on some products that say they have stock when they do not. This will only be an initial problem if at all. With thousands of products listed and new products coming daily and old products and prices changing daily there will always be a risk of human error. We hope this will be minimal and appologise for any inconvienence. We cannot gaurentee that everything you order will be in stock but assure you we will be doing everything we can to minimise this. If you have any problems just send an email via Contact Us at the bottom of the page. The site is totally secure and no card details are held by us. We are extremely careful to ensure that all orders are filled correctly and all fresh produce is of the finest quality possible. If you have any problems with your delivery please email us immidiately and we will get back to you. REGISTRATION To order you will have to register as General Public, Trade or Wholesale. If you are registering as Trade or Wholesale we will persue some kind of verification if necessary. PRICING and PAYMENTS The Prices you see will be the prices you pay. As long as there has been no human error, computor or typing errors with the pricing. This should be very rare if at all but we reserve the right to correct any mistakes of that nature. We will check your order and inform you if there are any problems. When you have placed your order the payment will be taken immediately. If there are any discrepencies we will make a refund or other necessary steps to correct them. There is a stock control system on the site but this does not eliminate human error so all the items are priced and sold subject to availabilty. If there are any problems we will inform you. We do not hold your payment card details. ORDERS and TIME SLOTS Orders can only be placed for the next day at the earliest or in advance for six days. Beware because prices may change on the site after you have placed your order. Your prices will not change. We are expecting to be able to fulfil your time requests but can not absoloutley gaurentee this. We will contact you if there are any problems relating to your time request and do our best to contact you if there are any reasons why we may be late on the day. FREE ITEM PAGE We are pleased to say that you will be entitled to a free item or 5% discount with your order. The system will restrict you to ONE item per order but you can change your mind and click a different product the one before will be deleted. DELIVERY and CHARGES Our delivery areas are restricted on our system by post code. We will ONLY deliver to these areas. If there is any problem with the system and somehow you make an order from outside our area we will inform you. However we could make special arrangements for a few extra miles distance, so please contact us with your requirements and we will get back to you. We reserve the right not to deliver for any reason we see fit and will make a full refund. There is currently a minimum order of £20.00 with a £3.00 delivery charge. If you spend £100.00 and over it will be Free. DISCREPENCIES OF DELIVERY All our deliveries will be checked at least three times. We are extremely confident that all will be in order. Please check your order on arrival. Our delivery slot system will hopefully ensure you will be in. If you have arrangements for your order to be left securely we will take no responsiblity for discrepensies. Please inform us immediately if there are any problems with your delivery and we will take the necessary steps to correct them. We will use our discretion if you do not inform us the same day. STOCK CONTROL We can not absoloutley gaurentee everything you see will be exactly what you get. This should be quite rare. We will be updating the site daily to minimise this problem. There will be some occasions when we assume we can replenish our stock for the next day but are unable to. With food products we expect to replace with a very similar product if possible. If we cannot in time for your order we will inform you and take necessary steps to compensate you. With fresh produce it may just be the change of a country of orrigin or perhaps a size problem for example we could not get large cauliflowers only medium. We will use our discretion in most cases but inform you if no alternative is possible and take the necessary steps to compensate you. VAT Our Vat Is calculated at present on each individual item or the total of multiple items, and rounded up or down to the nearest penny. This could mean that if your order contains many different items including vat, there could be minimal discrepencies on the overall total but on average it will be fine. SYSTEM ERRORS We do not take any responsibility for any errors caused by system errors or third parties. We do not have any examples of any such problems occuring but you never know! We also take this oppourtunity to appologise if our site goes down for any reason. For example for maintenance. TRADE DISCOUNTS The discounts for Trade and Wholesale customers are calculated depending on how much is spent as stated on the site. The discount is calculated on each individual item or the total multiple items and rounded up or down to the nearest penny. This could mean very minimal discrepencies on the overall total but on average will work out fine. ORDERS FOR COLLECTION By special arrangement you can place and collect your order. The delivery charge will be discounted and your free item will be forefitted. |
